Khushiba joined Samarthan Mahila Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. two years ago and has been serving as an executive member for the past six months. One of the remarkable initiatives of the cooperative is opening savings accounts for 18-year-old girls and providing them with interest on their savings. This is an excellent way to encourage young women to become financially responsible and secure their future.
