At the core of this structure is the Executive Committee, consisting of elected members from the General Body. This committee serves as the ultimate decision-making authority, overseeing and approving all major decisions related to the cooperative's management and operations.

Supporting the Executive Committee is the Enterprise Coordinator, who is responsible for strategic planning, operational management, and governance oversight. The Enterprise Coordinator ensures that the overall vision and operational strategies align with the goals and objectives of Samarthan Mahila Bachat ane Dhiran Sahakari Ltd., fostering both strategic coherence and operational efficiency.

At the grassroots level, Mahila Mandals (women’s groups) play a key role as cooperative members, in line with the standardized governance structure of the savings and credit cooperative.
